Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Service Description

PixelForge provides on-demand cloud workstations with dedicated NVIDIA GPUs, delivered as a full Windows desktop that you connect to from any device using Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP), Parsec, Moonlight, or a browser-based client (noVNC). Machines are provisioned on our third-party GPU infrastructure partners and billed per second of active use.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • PixelForge is offered to individual users for personal and creative use; it is not currently offered as a business, enterprise, or team plan.
  • PixelForge is not available to users located in, or registering with an email, phone number, or IP address associated with, a sanctioned region (currently Russia and Belarus); registrations from these regions are automatically blocked.

3. Billing and Credits

  • PixelForge uses a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account and usage is deducted per second while a machine is running.
  • All payments are processed by our secure payment processor. By adding credits, you agree to our payment partner's terms of service.
  • Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request.
  • If your balance reaches zero, running machines will be automatically stopped to prevent negative balances.
  • Machine state (disk, installed software) is preserved for 24 hours after stopping. After 24 hours, stopped machines and their data may be permanently deleted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PixelForge for:

  • Any illegal activity, including distributing malware, unauthorized access to other systems, or violation of applicable laws.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or any form of blockchain proof-of-work computation.
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse.
  • Storing or distributing content that exploits minors.
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to PixelForge machines without authorization.
  • Any activity that degrades the service for other users or damages infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without refund.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for machine availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PixelForge depends on third-party GPU infrastructure partners and factors outside our control. In the event of extended downtime caused by our platform, affected users will receive automatic credit for the duration of the outage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to maintain a valid payment method when required.
  • Upon termination, any running machines will be stopped and data will be deleted. Unused credit refunds upon termination are at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of PixelForge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. The courts of Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
