Payment Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Accepted Payment Methods

PixelForge accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment partner. Depending on your selected checkout currency, PixelForge may also offer local alternative payment methods — including EPS and Multibanco bank transfers, BLIK, Satispay, and Bancomat Pay for EUR/PLN, and Swish for SEK. We do not accept American Express at this time.

2. Credit System

  • PixelForge uses a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account before using any GPU workstations. The minimum top-up is $2 (or the equivalent in your selected currency).
  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency — USD, EUR, KZT, AZN, PLN, or SEK. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are always charged in US Dollars (USD); any non-USD amount shown for a card payment is a conversion provided for convenience. Alternative payment methods (EPS, Multibanco, BLIK, Satispay, Bancomat Pay, Swish), where available for your selected currency, settle directly in their fixed local currency (EUR, PLN, or SEK) instead of USD.
  • Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used or refunded.
  • Credits are deducted in real time while a workstation is in the Running state, billed per second.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in your selected currency — USD, EUR, KZT, AZN, PLN, or SEK — and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Card charges are processed in US Dollars (USD); alternative payment methods settle in their fixed local currency as described in Section 2. PixelForge does not collect VAT or sales tax, and you are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

GPU workstation pricing is per second of active use. Current rates are displayed on our pricing and products pages. PixelForge reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Security

All payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partner. PixelForge does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card details. Transactions are encrypted using TLS.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, credits will not be added to your account. If your credit balance reaches zero while a workstation is running, it will be automatically stopped to prevent a negative balance. You will receive a low-balance warning before this occurs.
