Common questions
- When am I charged?
- Only while your workstation is running. Stop anytime — billing stops immediately. More time creating, less time worrying about costs.
- Any hidden fees?
- None. The hourly price includes the GPU, vCPUs, RAM and disk. What you see is what you pay.
- Can I switch GPUs?
- Yes. Create machines with different GPUs. Each has its own disk, kept for 24 hours after you stop it.
- What happens if I run out of credit?
- We will send you a warning when your balance is low. If it reaches zero, your machine is stopped automatically and its disk is kept for 24 hours, so you can add credit and resume.
- Do prices change?
- Each tier has a fixed hourly price, shown on this page. Stock varies: a tier can be temporarily out of stock when no host has its GPU free.
